Freckles n Coco
The fee for either Freckles or Coco is $95 for the first hour, and $80 for every additional hour thereafter. For both of us, it's $170 for the first hour, $150 per hour thereafter. If you would prefer Glenn Fletcher, the balloon guy, or Denise, stencil artist, it's $75 per hour each. There is a $35 per hour add-on for events more than 1/2 hour outside the Portland Metro area. Time's a-wasting.
